The goals of this work are to 1) gather information on community perceptions of Parkland, 2) gather both qualitative and quantitative feedback from citizens on accessibility, affordability, and variety of СƵprograms and identify growth areas for the institution, and 3) gather feedback on current marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to refine marketing messages to better engage with the community and inspire potential students to enroll. Proposals should include these program details: Steps to be taken in the market research. Description of the sampling and surveying methodology, including measures of reliability and validity. Explanation of strategies to be employed to garner participation that matches the diversity of District #505. Timeline for completion of the market research. Detailed budget information. Only direct costs for services rendered are to be included in the proposal. Please do not include indirect costs in proposal. Overview of the final deliverables to СƵCollege and ability to present findings to СƵleadership. Proposals should also include the firms background, experience, and references relative to conducting such programs for community colleges. Briefly describe the services the firm provides and how those services will benefit СƵCollege. List the higher education institutions for which the firm has provided market research and surveying services over the past five years.
