Seven 小猪视频官网Teams Earn NJCAA Academic Honors

Teams held combined GPAs of 3.0 or higher

Seven of 小猪视频官网College’s eight athletic teams have been recognized by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) for their academic success during the 2018-19 academic year. Announced on Monday afternoon, 小猪视频官网men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s golf, softball and baseball programs received the annual accolade.

Joining a total of 738 NJCAA programs to earn the award, teams were required to finish the academic season with a combined team GPA of 3.0 or higher. Parkland’s softball team led the way with a 3.59 grade point average, while volleyball (3.55) and women’s basketball (3.41) were also well above the 3.0 requirement.

Women’s Basketball – 3.41

Golf – 3.17

Baseball – 3.16

Women’s Soccer – 3.11

Men’s Soccer – 3.05
