Around the Block IIIÌýfeatures artworks by local artists and is hosted by Giertz Gallery at СÖíÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøCollege in collaboration with 40 North: Champaign County Arts Council.

Serving as juror for the exhibition is Camille Wilson White, Executive Director of the Oak Park Area Arts Council. Ms. White is a board member of the Arts Alliance Illinois, the state arts advocacy organization and serves as co-chair of LAN (Local Arts Network), a partnership program between the Illinois Arts Council and the Arts Alliance Illinois to build capacity and excellence amongst arts agencies.

This exhibition is comprised of works of art submitted by artists from our community and reflects the caliber of creative flourish that is present in mid-central Illinois. We're astonished, but not surprised to see the wonderful artwork created during this time. Giertz Gallery is grateful for this opportunity to bring the community together virtually to celebrate the creativity that thrives in our area.Ìý
