Over the summer, Campus Technologies completed a hardware and software refresh of the wireless network. This new change provides better wireless coverage and management.
Connect to the Upgraded Wireless on your Device/s:
- Open your wireless settings and choose 鈥�parkland鈥� 听from the list of available networks (make sure it has a lowercase 鈥減鈥�).
- Enter your ParklandOne username and password and click on the 鈥�Save鈥� or 鈥淥K鈥� button depending on your device.
On Apple听devices, please ACCEPT听辞谤 TRUST the certificate.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- On Apple听devices, you may need to select the 鈥�FIXED鈥� option under 鈥�鈥�.
- On Android听devices, you may need to select 鈥�Phone MAC鈥� instead of 鈥淩andomized MAC鈥� under the 鈥�鈥�.
- Alternatively, you may connect to 鈥�parkland-guest鈥� which will take you to the captive portal website where you will enter your ParklandOne credentials and accept the terms and conditions for use.
